Michael Williams
Founder & Creative Director
Michael Williams is the Founder and Creative Director of Northwest Executive Studio, where he leads the studio’s photographic vision for executive headshots, corporate events, and leadership environments.
Known for his calm, detail-oriented approach, Michael brings a rare combination of creative instinct and technical precision to his work. He has an exceptional ability to observe subtle expression, body language, and moment shifts, translating them into imagery that feels confident, natural, and authentic.
Michael’s work is grounded in a deep understanding of how people want to be represented professionally. Whether photographing senior executives, leadership teams, or large-scale corporate events, his focus is on creating imagery that feels polished without being stiff, and human without being casual.
As Creative Director, Michael leads all photographic execution at Northwest Executive Studio, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail across every engagement. He works closely with clients on-site to guide sessions efficiently and professionally, while remaining flexible to the realities of corporate schedules and live environments.
Anna Kim-Williams
Advising Partner, Client Strategy & Experience
Anna Kim-Williams serves as an Advising Partner to Northwest Executive Studio, providing strategic guidance on client experience, corporate partnerships, and executive-level engagement.
With more than two decades of experience advising senior leaders at some of the world’s most recognized organizations, Anna brings an insider’s understanding of how executive teams operate and what they require from trusted partners. Her background spans corporate strategy, executive communications, reputation management, and leadership advisory work within large, complex enterprises.
Prior to partnering with Northwest Executive Studio, Anna held senior leadership roles at Nike, Samsung, Microsoft, Starbucks, and Nordstrom, working closely with C-suite executives, boards of directors, and global leadership teams. That perspective directly informs the studio’s approach to serving organizations where clarity, discretion, and alignment matter.
Anna’s focus is strategic direction, client experience standards, and long-term growth rather than day-to-day operations. Her role ensures the studio benefits from seasoned executive insight while maintaining a disciplined, focused approach to creative execution.
